The estimated dispatch and delivery date is given to you in writing in the order confirmation. If it becomes clear that delivery cannot be made within that time, you will be informed; you can wait for the new date or, if you prefer, request a refund of your payment.

Two different sources of delay
A delay arises either before dispatch (preparing the motor, packaging) or after dispatch (the carrier's transfer hubs, weather, address problems). Which one it is determines the step to take. For a motor already dispatched, tracking information is obtained from the carrier; for a delay before dispatch, the new date is notified by DRG.
Your options
| Situation | What can you do? |
|---|---|
| The new date suits you | Continue the order as it stands |
| The line is down and cannot wait | Ask whether another option with the same power, speed and dimensions (e.g. the other frame material) can be dispatched sooner |
| You have decided to cancel | Request a refund of the payment |
On the buyer's side, to keep the date
- The delivery address is complete, including district and postcode
- The phone of the person receiving the goods is reachable
- Unloading equipment (forklift, crane) is ready for heavy frames
- If you use your own haulier, the vehicle arrives on the notified day
If one of these conditions is not met, the resulting delay can lead to the consignment being returned and to extra shipping costs.
Where does the delay notice come from?
The notice is sent through the WhatsApp conversation in which you placed the order; you can send your questions to the same conversation or to +90 (542) 666 11 11. Delivery rules are set out on the delivery and shipping page and in the distance sales contract. To look for an alternative model, filter the shop listing by power and speed.
