If what you need is outside the 120 models in the shop, you can create a request via the quote request form or the WhatsApp line. When nameplate data, dimensions and the place of use are added to the request, it becomes clear whether it can be met and under what conditions the motor can be prepared.

Is it really outside the range?
Sometimes the model you are looking for is in the list under a different name. Points to check:
- Is the power you need between 0.25 and 355 kW, and in the 3000, 1500 or 1000 rpm class?
- Have you converted the HP value to kW?
- If you need flange mounting (B5, B14, B35), does it appear among the mounting options on the product page? The mounting type is specified in the order note.
What the request should include
- Power, speed, voltage and frequency
- Frame size or shaft diameter, shaft height and flange dimensions
- Mounting position and ambient conditions (outdoors, dust, high temperature)
- Quantity and required delivery location
- If available, a nameplate photo and technical drawing of the old motor
Products outside the range
Single-phase, submersible/borehole, Ex-rated hazardous-area, brake, DC and servo motors are not part of DRG's standard range; gearboxes and frequency inverters are not sold either. For such a need, guidance can be given on where to look for the right product group, but products outside the range are not offered.
Terms for motors prepared on request
Motors prepared with a non-standard voltage, frequency, flange, shaft, paint or winding are not covered by returns. For this reason, written confirmation of the dimensions should be obtained before ordering. Use the technical drawings to compare dimensions and the three-phase motor shop to see the available options.
