DRG Motor Warranty Certificate

DRG MOTOR three-phase asynchronous electric motors are covered by a 2-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery to the purchaser. The warranty is valid when presented together with the product model and serial number, as well as the invoice or delivery note.

Warranty Period and Coverage

The warranty covers faults determined by technical inspection to result from manufacturing or material defects. Where applicable, DRG MOTOR will carry out repair or replacement of the relevant part.

Warranty Claims

For a warranty claim, please contact DRG MOTOR or the authorised dealer from which the product was purchased, providing the product model and serial number, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the fault. The product must not be altered or repaired before technical inspection.

Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect voltage or frequency, phase loss or imbalance, improper electrical connection, incorrect inverter settings, overload, incorrect installation, insufficient ventilation, impact, moisture, dust, corrosive environments, or use outside the operating conditions stated on the product nameplate.

Disassembly, rewinding, replacement of parts, modification, or alteration/removal of the serial number by unauthorised persons or services are also excluded from warranty coverage.
