Delivery and Shipping

Contracted shipping

Thanks to special agreements with our contracted companies (freight and courier companies), we provide affordable shipping to every province in Türkiye.

Low-power motors are usually sent by courier, while heavy and large-frame motors are shipped on pallets via freight (haulage) companies.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are paid by the buyer.

The shipping cost is determined by the motor's weight, package dimensions and delivery province, and is notified to you in writing (via WhatsApp or e-mail) before payment. If you prefer, you can also have the product collected by your own contracted carrier.

Dispatch and delivery time

Motors in stock are prepared for dispatch once the payment has been matched with the order code. The estimated dispatch and delivery date is stated in the order confirmation.

The maximum legal delivery period is 30 days from the order date. If an order cannot be delivered within this period, the buyer is informed and, if they wish, the amount paid is refunded.

Collection from the warehouse

You can also collect your order yourself from our warehouse in Buca, İzmir, by prior appointment. In this case, no shipping fee is charged.

Inspection on delivery

Please inspect the packaging and the product on delivery. If there is visible damage, have the carrier's representative draw up a damage report before accepting the product, and notify us on the same day. For damaged shipments accepted without a report, claims against the carrier become more difficult.
