The order code is the only link showing which order the amount credited to the bank account belongs to. Several payments of similar amounts can arrive in one day, and the sender's name often appears differently, as the company name, a partner or an accounts employee. If the code is in the reference, the payment is matched to the right order without delay.

DRG-801-4 0.55 kW 1500 rpm cast iron frame DRG three-phase motor – order code in the transfer reference

Where is the code generated?

In the order window opened with “Buy” on the product page, a personal order code appears after you choose the quantity and payment method. The window shows a single account: the Halkbank account of DRG MAKINA SANAYI A.S. When bank transfer is selected, a 3% discount is applied to the list price and the amount payable is calculated including VAT.

What should go in the reference?

  • Only the order code; extra notes, the model name or invoice details do not go in this field.
  • If the bank's reference field is short, the code is still written in full, without abbreviation.
  • Making a separate payment for each order makes matching easier.

If you forgot to write the code

The payment is not lost, but recognising it takes longer. Add the payment receipt, together with your order code, to the WhatsApp conversation in which you sent the order; matching can be done with this information. For payments made without the code, the order confirmation and dispatch schedule may wait until the match is clear.

Company payments

If your company's accounts department makes the payment, give them the order code in writing; they only need to enter it in the reference field of the payment instruction. If the company name on the invoice differs from the paying account, state this in the order note.

For payment methods and account details, see the payment options page, and continue choosing your motor in the three-phase motor shop.
