2. Product subject to the contract

The essential characteristics of the product (model code, power, speed, frame type, voltage and technical values) are given on the relevant product page; the quantity and total price are shown in the order window and in the order message sent with the order code.

3. Price

Product prices are shown in Turkish lira, excluding and including VAT. A 3% discount applies to payments by bank transfer/EFT. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are notified separately in writing before payment.

4. Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer/EFT to the company bank account, with the order code entered in the description. Information on Halköde options is provided via WhatsApp.

5. Delivery

The product is shipped to the address provided by the buyer through a contracted freight or courier company, or handed over at the warehouse. The delivery period is no more than 30 days from the order date.

6. Right of withdrawal

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. Notice of withdrawal is given by telephone, WhatsApp or e-mail. The price is refunded within 14 days of receipt of the notice. Products prepared according to the buyer's specific requests are excluded from the right of withdrawal. 7. Complaints and objections

Complaints may be submitted through the contact channels above. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at their place of residence, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.

8. Approval

The buyer submits the order after confirming in the order window that they have read this form and the Distance Sales Agreement.
