Return and Exchange Policy

Scope

This policy applies to orders placed through the “Buy Electric Motors Online” section of drgmotor.com. Seller: DRG MAKİNA SANAYİ A.Ş. (DRG Motor), Karacaağaç, Yolüstü Mevkii Sk. No:91, 35390 Buca / İzmir.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Buyers purchasing as consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the date they receive the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

Notice of withdrawal may be given by telephone on +90 (542) 666 11 11, via our WhatsApp line, or in writing to [email protected]. Stating your order code in the notice speeds up the process.

Return conditions

The product must be unused, not installed, not connected to the electrical supply and not operated.

The product must be returned complete with its accessories and documents and, where possible, in its original packaging.

To prevent damage in transit, the product must be packed in suitable packaging, in the same way as it was shipped.

Return process

1. Send us your notice of withdrawal; you will be informed of the return address and shipping method.

2. Ship the product within 10 days of your notice, using our contracted carrier or a carrier of your choice.

3. When the product reaches our warehouse, it is inspected and you are informed of the result.

Refunds

The purchase price is refunded to the bank account from which payment was made, by the same method, no later than 14 days from the date your notice of withdrawal reaches us.

When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Exchanges

If the wrong power rating, speed or mounting type was selected, the product may be exchanged for a suitable model, provided it meets the return conditions. Any price difference will be notified separately; shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the buyer.

Products excluded from returns and withdrawal

Products prepared in line with the buyer's requests or personal needs (special voltage or frequency, special flange, special shaft, special paint, special winding, etc.) are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Products that have been installed, connected to the electrical supply or operated are not accepted for return due to use; in the event of a fault, the warranty provisions apply to these products.

Damaged, incomplete or incorrect delivery

Please inspect the package on delivery. If there is visible damage to the packaging or the product, have the carrier's representative draw up a damage report and notify us on the same day.

For incorrect or incomplete shipments, all costs, including shipping, are borne by us.

Commercial purchases

For purchases made by merchants or tradespeople for commercial or professional purposes, return and exchange conditions are determined by mutual agreement.
