With its four-pole construction it delivers balanced torque at a nominal 1500 rpm, the most commonly chosen operating point for pump, fan and conveyor applications where high torque is needed but excessive speed is not.

What 37.5 kW and 1500 rpm Deliver

On a 50 Hz supply, 1500 rpm is the synchronous speed of a four-pole asynchronous motor; under real load it turns slightly below this due to slip. This speed provides higher torque and lower vibration than 2-pole 3000 rpm models. The 37.5 kW rating offers enough drive capacity for mid-sized pumps, pressure fans and mixers.

Construction for Continuous Duty

This motor is designed for the S1 continuous-duty regime. The cast iron housing damps the vibration that arises at this power class, extending bearing and winding life. Class F insulation provides a high temperature margin, while IP55 protection guards against dust and splashing water.

Mounting and Grid Compatibility

The 37.5 kW motor suits a 400 V / 50 Hz three-phase supply and mounts easily to the machine via B3 foot, B5 flange or B14 face options. When an IE3 Premium or higher efficiency class is chosen, energy consumption on continuously running lines drops noticeably.
