DRG Motor is an İzmir-based supplier of low-voltage asynchronous electric motors, supplying three-phase machines across a wide power range to industry, agriculture and infrastructure plants. The motors are built for a 400 V / 50 Hz supply and are offered in several pole-speed combinations.

Production Range and Power Options

The line-up spans from 0.55 kW small drives up to 355 kW. Two-pole models run at roughly 3000 rpm, four-pole models at 1500 rpm and six-pole models at 1000 rpm synchronous speed, so the right motor can be matched to pumps, fans, conveyors or geared drives.

Housing Material and Protection Class

Aluminium housings are used at lower outputs, while cast iron is preferred at medium and high power. A cast iron frame damps vibration and spreads heat across the surface more effectively. Standard protection is IP55, insulation is class F and the duty type is continuous S1.

Mounting Arrangements and Applications

Motors are available with B3 foot, B5 flange and B14 face mounting. Foot-mounted units are common on conveyors and crushers, while flange-mounted units suit pump and gearbox assemblies. Terminal box orientation and shaft diameter are set according to the application.
