Power Steps Above 110 kW

The 110 kW, 160 kW, 200 kW, 250 kW, 315 kW and 355 kW steps cover most crusher drives, pump stations and large fan groups. Below that band the same line continues down to 0.55 kW, so a plant can order its main drive and its auxiliaries from one series. Mounting is B3, B5 or B35, and each power step is offered with more than one speed.

Winding, Body and Test Sheet

Windings are 100% pure copper, the body is cast iron, protection is IP55 and the insulation class is F, to IEC 60034 and European Union Ecodesign. In the 110–355 kW band the load test carries the most weight, because a winding fault at this size stops a line rather than one machine. Insulation, vibration, efficiency and load results are recorded before the motor leaves the plant.

A 315 kW frame does not travel like a 5.5 kW one. Large steps leave the İzmir warehouse on freight vehicles, and the common powers up to 355 kW are held ready, so the wait is transport time instead of production time.
