Electric motor prices vary according to the motor's power (kW), speed (rpm), efficiency class (IE3/IE4/IE5), body type and mounting. We supply directly and hold deep stock in İzmir; on high-efficiency models that is where most of the price difference between two quotes comes from.

Factors Affecting the Price

The main factors determining the price of an electric motor are the power step, efficiency class, body material, protection class (IP) and special equipment requests. Although high-efficiency (IE4/IE5) motors have a slightly higher initial price, they pay for themselves in a short time with the energy savings they provide.

What Moves the Figure Between 0.55 kW and 355 kW

Inside one power step the efficiency class moves the figure first: an IE4 unit sits above its IE3 equivalent, and IE5 above that. Speed and mounting form (B3, B5, B35) shift the number far less. Crusher, vibration, single-phase and three-phase asynchronous versions are quoted from the same 0.55 kW to 355 kW list, so a comparison only makes sense when both quotes name the same class.

What the Listed Price Already Covers

100% pure copper windings, a cast iron frame, IP55 protection and F insulation class are the build baseline, to IEC 60034 and EU Ecodesign. Insulation, vibration, efficiency and load tests run before the motor leaves the warehouse. None of this is a separate line on the quote; a cheaper offer usually differs here rather than in the kW figure.

Stock Position and Lead Time

Freight is priced separately from the motor. Stock sits in İzmir; a standard power and speed combination is usually prepared the same day and reaches any province in Türkiye on the courier's normal transit. Ask for the delivery date in writing next to the price. A motor that costs less but arrives in three weeks is the more expensive one for a line that has stopped.

Asking for a Written Quote

Send two figures: power in kW and speed in rpm. That is enough for a written quote showing the unit price, the efficiency class and the stock position. If the motor replaces an existing one, add the frame size and mounting form from the nameplate, so the price you receive belongs to a part that actually bolts on.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a quote need to contain?

A usable quote names four things: unit price, efficiency class, quantity in stock and the shipping date. Send the kW, the rpm and the quantity and you get all four in one reply.

Which power steps are priced from stock?

The standard speed and mounting steps between 0.55 kW and 355 kW are priced from stock. Powers outside that list are priced against a lead time, and the quote states the date as well as the figure.
