The Drg Motor 5.5 kW 3000 RPM Next-Generation Electric Motors are designed to deliver maximum performance, long service life, and energy efficiency for high-speed industrial applications. These motors are widely used in fan systems, water pumps, light to medium conveyor lines, packaging machinery, compressors, and small industrial drives. The 3000 RPM high-speed design ensures stable, quiet, and low-vibration operation even under sudden load changes.

Manufactured for S1 continuous duty, this motor maintains consistent performance during long operational cycles. Designed for IE3, IE4, and IE5 energy efficiency classes, it provides significant long-term energy savings for industrial operations.

Structural Design and Durability Features

The motor body is made of GG20/GG25 cast iron, offering excellent resistance to impact, vibration, and harsh industrial environments. Optimized cooling fins maintain temperature balance, ensuring reliable performance during continuous operation.

Windings are 100% pure electrolytic copper, vacuum-impregnated for superior heat, moisture, and vibration resistance. The rotor cage, constructed from special alloy bars, ensures high-efficiency torque transfer. SKF / C&U bearings are lubricated with high-temperature grease for long-term performance. Double-lip seals protect against dust, moisture, and foreign particles. IP55 protection allows reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.

Performance, Torque, and Efficiency

The 5.5 kW 3000 RPM motor produces balanced torque at high speeds while maintaining low vibration and quiet operation. Rotor balance is optimized to G 2.5 standards, with vibration levels ≤1.8 mm/s (ISO 10816). Maximum winding temperature is 110°C, and maximum bearing temperature is 80°C. Optional PTC/PT100 thermal sensors can be integrated.
