The Drg Motor 75 kW 1000 RPM New Generation Electric Motor is a high-capacity, long-lasting solution designed for modern industrial applications. Structural and Material Features

The motor body, made of durable cast iron (GG20), provides vibration damping and protection against mechanical shocks. Internal air channels and optimized fan blades ensure efficient heat dissipation, keeping the motor cool even during extended operation.

Windings are made of 100% pure electrolytic copper and vacuum impregnated to minimize energy loss, meeting IE3 / IE4 efficiency standards. The rotor is cage type, providing low vibration and high torque transfer. SKF / C&U bearings are greased for high-temperature operation and long lifespan.

IP55 protection ensures safety against dust, moisture, and water. Dual lip bearing seals extend motor lifespan, and the fan housing with metal grids and powder coating ensures durability against mechanical and chemical effects.
