The windings are made of 100% electrolytic copper and vacuum-impregnated to provide maximum resistance against heat, moisture, and mechanical vibration. The rotor structure, manufactured from special alloy bars, is optimized to reduce magnetic losses and ensure efficient torque production. It is dynamically balanced according to G 2.5 standards for low-vibration operation.

SKF / C&U high-temperature bearings ensure long service life. Double-lip seals prevent dust, moisture, and contaminants from entering the motor. The electrostatic powder coating protects against chemicals, corrosion, and harsh environmental exposure.

With an IP55 protection rating, the motor performs reliably in dusty, humid, and challenging industrial environments.
