The Drg Motor 4 kW 3000 RPM Next-Generation Electric Motors are engineered to provide maximum performance and long-lasting reliability for high-speed industrial systems. These motors are widely used in fan systems, water pumps, light to medium conveyor lines, packaging machinery, compressors, and other small-scale industrial equipment. The 3000 RPM high-speed design ensures stable and efficient operation even under sudden load changes.

Designed for S1 continuous duty, this motor maintains peak performance during long operational cycles without efficiency loss. Compliant with IE3, IE4, and IE5 energy efficiency classes, it offers significant long-term energy savings for industrial operations.

Structural Design and Durability Features

The motor body is made from GG20/GG25 cast iron, providing superior resistance to impact, vibration, and harsh industrial conditions. Optimized cooling fins maintain motor temperature balance, ensuring high performance during continuous operation.

Windings are 100% pure electrolytic copper, vacuum impregnated for strong resistance against heat, moisture, and vibration. The rotor cage, made from special alloy bars, ensures high-efficiency torque transfer. SKF / C&U bearings are lubricated with high-temperature grease for long-lasting performance. Double-lip seals protect against dust, moisture, and foreign particles. The IP55 protection rating allows reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.

Performance, Torque, and Efficiency

The 4 kW 3000 RPM motor produces balanced torque at high speeds with low vibration and quiet operation. Rotor balance is optimized according to G 2.5 standards, with vibration levels ≤1.8 mm/s (ISO 10816). Maximum winding temperature is 110°C, and maximum bearing temperature is 80°C. Optional PTC/PT100 temperature sensors can be integrated for advanced monitoring.
