The Drg Motor 3 kW 3000 RPM Next-Generation Electric Motors are compact yet powerful solutions designed for high-speed industrial systems. These motors are widely used in fan systems, water pumps, small to medium conveyor lines, packaging machinery, compressors, and light industrial equipment. With a 3000 RPM high-speed design, the motor provides stable and reliable performance even under sudden load changes.

Manufactured according to S1 continuous duty standards, this motor operates reliably over extended periods without performance loss. Designed for IE3, IE4, and IE5 energy efficiency classes, it reduces energy consumption and provides long-term cost benefits for industrial operations.

Structural Design and Durability Features

The motor features a GG20/GG25 cast iron body that ensures high resistance against impacts, vibrations, and harsh industrial environments. Cooling fins on the body maintain temperature balance and support long-term high-performance operation.

Windings are made of 100% pure electrolytic copper and vacuum impregnated for enhanced insulation against heat, moisture, and vibration. The rotor cage is made of special alloy bars, optimized for high-efficiency torque transfer. SKF / C&U bearings are lubricated with high-temperature grease for long-lasting performance. Double-lip seals prevent dust, moisture, and foreign particle ingress. IP55 protection allows safe operation in demanding industrial conditions.

Performance, Torque, and Efficiency

The 3 kW 3000 RPM motor delivers balanced torque at high speeds while maintaining low vibration and quiet operation. The rotor is balanced according to G 2.5 standards, with vibration levels ≤1.8 mm/s (ISO 10816). Maximum winding temperature is 110°C, and maximum bearing temperature is 80°C. Optional PTC/PT100 temperature sensors can be installed.

Testing and Quality Assurance

Each DRG Motor 3 kW unit undergoes load performance tests, insulation resistance testing, rotor balancing, vibration and noise analysis, continuous duty (S1) operation, IP55 resistance tests, and energy efficiency measurements. Motors passing all tests are ready for shipment for long-lasting industrial use.
