The DRG Motor 22 kW 3000 RPM Next-Generation Electric Motor is developed for high-speed industrial applications, offering superior performance and durability. It is widely used in fan systems, water pumps, medium-scale conveyor lines, packaging machinery, compressors, and various industrial equipment. With its 3000 RPM high-speed design, the motor provides stable, quiet, and efficient operation even under sudden load changes.

Manufactured for S1 continuous duty, the motor ensures consistent performance over extended operational cycles. Designed according to IE3, IE4, and IE5 energy efficiency classes, it reduces industrial energy costs and supports sustainable operations.

Structural Design and Durability Features

The motor features a GG20/GG25 cast-iron body that offers high resistance to impacts, vibrations, and harsh industrial conditions. Optimized cooling fins maintain temperature balance and support long-term high performance.

The windings are made of 100% pure electrolytic copper and vacuum impregnated for durability against heat, moisture, and vibrations. The rotor cage consists of special alloy bars for efficient torque transfer. SKF / C&U bearings are greased with high-temperature grease for long-term performance. Double-lip seals protect against dust, water, and debris. The electrostatic powder coating ensures durability against chemicals and environmental impacts. IP55 protection allows safe operation in challenging industrial environments.

Performance, Torque, and Efficiency

The 22 kW 3000 RPM motor produces stable torque at high speeds with low vibration and quiet operation. The rotor is balanced to G 2.5 standards, with vibration levels ≤1.8 mm/s (ISO 10816). Maximum winding temperature is 110°C, and maximum bearing temperature is 80°C. Optional PTC/PT100 temperature sensors can be installed.
