The DRG Motor 37 kW 3000 RPM Next-Generation Electric Motor is engineered for high-speed industrial applications, providing superior performance, durability, and energy efficiency. It is widely used in fan systems, water pumps, medium and large conveyor lines, packaging machinery, compressors, and other industrial drives. Its 3000 RPM high-speed design ensures stable, quiet, and efficient operation even under sudden load changes.

Manufactured for S1 continuous duty, the motor maintains consistent performance during long operational cycles. Designed for IE3, IE4, and IE5 energy efficiency classes, it helps reduce energy costs and supports sustainable industrial solutions.

Structural Design and Durability Features

The motor features a GG20/GG25 cast-iron body, offering excellent resistance to impact, vibration, and harsh industrial environments. Optimized cooling fins maintain temperature balance and enable long-term high-performance operation.

The windings are made of 100% pure electrolytic copper and vacuum impregnated for enhanced durability against heat, moisture, and vibration. The rotor cage consists of special alloy bars for efficient torque transfer. SKF / C&U bearings are lubricated with high-temperature grease for long-term operation. Double-lip seals protect against dust, moisture, and foreign particles. The electrostatic powder coating ensures chemical and environmental resistance. The IP55 protection rating allows safe operation in demanding industrial environments.

Performance, Torque, and Efficiency

The 37 kW 3000 RPM motor provides stable torque at high speeds with low vibration and quiet operation. Rotor balance complies with G 2.5 standards, and vibration levels are ≤1.8 mm/s (ISO 10816). Maximum winding temperature is 110°C, and maximum bearing temperature is 80°C. Optional PTC/PT100 temperature sensors can be installed for advanced monitoring.
